Pressure Signal Log

Season-Arc Pressure Reading Protocol — Name → Reframe → Pattern-Track → Calibrate

Stage 4 Athlete Edition Ep. 1: Pressure Is Information
How to Use This Tool

The Pressure Signal Log is a season-arc protocol, not a one-session drill. Each entry takes 3 minutes before an event and 2 minutes after. The data becomes actionable after 3–4 weeks.

  1. Before the event: Log the physical signals you notice — heart rate, breathing, muscle tension. One sentence only. Do not interpret yet.
  2. After the event: Return to your entry and tag your performance (Great / Good / OK / Poor). Add a quick note if useful.
  3. After 5+ rated entries: The Pattern Insights section automatically surfaces which signals appear before your best and worst performances.
  4. Calibrate: Use your preparation signal as a performance cue. When you feel it, that is your body preparing — not warning you.

Your entries are saved in your browser and persist between sessions. Use the Download as PDF button to save a copy for your records.
