This is Step 1 only. One sentence. Three events. First-rep log — not the scoreboard.
- This week: Pick one sentence, or write yours. Keep it short. Not a pep talk.
- Ten minutes before: When the body fires, use the sentence. Do not invent a new one in the tunnel.
- After the first rep: Clean, rushed, or flat. That is the data.
- Week three: Look at the pattern. Keep the sentence that felt true when the hands were hot.
